The Failure Rate Of New Online Businesses
You always hear about the statistic that 95% of businesses fail in their first five years. When it comes to online business, it seems that the statistics are pretty similar. I believe there was a survey done by Mike Filsaime (this was over a few months ago for his job crusher site) that showed that the vast majority of people on his list were making less than $500/month.
If you read around places like the Warrior Forum and Digital Point, you will find that the majority of people there are making no money whatsoever. This is the sad truth. Of course, there are people there that make healthy six figure incomes, and there are still quite a few of them that do it.
So why do most people not succeed? Simple. Most people DON’T PERSIST. Recruiting affiliates, doing JV’s and generating bucketloads of cash from one email is going to take you months of hard work (if not years). Making money online is probably a lot harder than you think it is. If anyone tells you it is easy, then they are lying, or just trying to sell you something.
That said, there are places that can help you for FREE. My other website has tons of internet marketing tips, with hundreds of articles covering every area of IM. No jumping through hoops required.
