The ones that prosper are those that are always smartening up their act and improving how they deliver it.

That’s just like the internet in today’s world - in the pre-Google era, anybody had a chance to make money. There were a set of tricks you could use to optimize your web page for the search engines and for pay-per-click advertising services like Google AdWords. You could even buy the best spots for many keywords on a number of engines.

Then Google came along. They aimed to come from behind Yahoo and MSN Live Search and become the No 1 search engine. How? By understanding their customers and giving them what they want. They understood that you don’t use search engines to pass the time . Usually, you have some questionand you want solutions and answers. And that means in-depth content-rich pages fast.

Like the police in the old-fashioned market, they started to clean up and remove worthless sites from their Search results. Single -page sales page sites, sites, with duplicate content, multiple sites, on a single server, owned by a single operator and all linked to each other. And Google penalized them in AdWords too – with prohibitive rates for ads

Now, we’re in a New Era on the internet. In this era, Great Sites with great, unique content are the winners. Yes it is work to create this sort of site. But once you’re done, once you’re through the hump – you’re in a marketplace that had been cleaned out and where you are well placed to cash in
